James is a native North Carolinian who has dedicated his life to the positive development of LGBTIQ persons and Individuals living with Disabilities. James completed his undergraduate degrees in Philosophy and Business Administration at the University of North Carolina Wilmington and his completed his M.P.P. and M.B.A. at Brandeis University. He currently serves as the Executive Director of the LGBT Center of Raleigh.
