Daphna Sharfman

Dr. Daphna Sharfman has been active in local and international human rights organizations. She is the author of books and articles in the fields of civil rights, human rights and foreign policy, gender studies, and the British Mandate in Palestine, including Palestine in the Second World War: Strategic Plans and Political Dilemmas, the Emergence of a New Middle East (2014); Refugees, Human Rights, and Realpolitik: The Clandestine Immigration of Jewish Refugees from Italy to Palestine, 1945-1948 (2019), and Jerusalem in the Second World War (2024).
