Howard Loewith was Sadie Loewith’s nephew by marriage. A lifelong resident of Fairfield, Connecticut, he graduated from the University of Connecticut with a B.A. after serving in the U.S. Army of Occupation. Loewith worked as the controller of Glen Gate Corporation. He is active in Congregation Beth El in Fairfield and volunteers in the Bridgeport Public Schools.
