Stuart Svonkin

Stuart Svonkin received his Ph.D. from Columbia University (1995) and his law degree from Harvard Law School (1999). He has been a practicing trial lawyer for over 20 years. As part of his litigation practice, he has been counsel in significant civil liberties cases, including cases involving freedom of expression, freedom of conscience and religion, freedom of the press, and the right of due process.
