Julia Weiner has been art critic of the Jewish Chronicle since 1993. She writes and lectures regularly about British Jewish artists, in particular at the London Jewish Cultural Centre, where she acts as Visual Arts Advisor. She also serves as a museum education consultant, currently working on projects at the Victoria and Albert Museum and the British Museum. From 1990–1996 she was curator of the Ben Uri Art Gallery and co-edited the catalogue of the Ben Uri collection.
