Figure 3.2 This plaque commemorating the Triangle Fire was placed on the Asch Building (now the Brown Building, on New York University's campus) by the International Ladies Garment Workers Union. Below it is another plaque indicating that the building was registered as a National Historic Landmark in 1991.
