Manifesto detailing the program of the No-Conscription League founded by Emma Goldman and Alexander Berkman in 1917, page 1. Circulated to over 100,000 people, it was used as an exhibit for the government when Goldman and Berkman were arrested and charged with conspiracy to obstruct the draft.
