Fayga Ostrower

Fayga Ostrower's family left Poland for Germany and then Belgium, before finally finding refuge from World War II in Brazil. There she became an engraver whose works—expressions of her "respect for art as the eternal language of humanity"—would ultimately be displayed in museums around the world.
Institution: Anat Falbel
