Story Aperture Online Training

An elderly woman sits between two teenage girls at an oral history workshop facilitated by JWA.

“Everyone has a story. These stories, told to oneself and others, can transform the world.” – Barbara Myerhoff, anthropologist. Join JWA in uncovering the untold stories of Jewish women in your community. In this online training, you will gain the skills and knowledge necessary to conduct an oral history interview as part of JWA's Story Aperture project. Story Aperture, a new project of the Jewish Women’s Archive, enables people of all ages to collect and share the untold and underrepresented stories of Jewish women through mobile technology.
